When coaching individuals, Travis starts with their vision of success. He then uses observational data to create and modify individual coaching plans. In addition, Travis uses anecdotal and empirical evidence to help leaders and professionals shift their mindset, gain the knowledge and skills necessary for action, and track their progress toward their goals.
